Our Services

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, our services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. We also assist in developing skills to better manage the emotional gauntlet of modern life. Each individual is on their own unique journey in life. We believe that education and self-determination are key elements of the journey.

At Turquoise Tree, we offer services in a variety of areas. We have two therapists that work with adults providing individual and couples counselling. They are both also trained EMDR therapists. Please see here to meet our therapists and learn about mental health services they provide.


We offer specialized services for children and youth ages 10 years and older.


We also offer group and corporate workshops. We usually tailor these to the needs of the group and are happy to make recommendations or brainstorm with you to find something that would work to meet your need or interest.


Counselling services may be covered through the client's employee health benefits insurance plans, including NIHB.


Sessions can be in-person services, by telephone, or by remote videos (Zoom). 

We use a generalist eclectic approach to therapy that includes, but is not limited to, the following modalities we use often are Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Collaborative Dialogic, Inquiry Based, and Psychodynamic Therapy, as well as other modalities. Often we choose an integrative approach that uses a combination of these approaches based on each clients unique needs and preference.

Sometimes, it seems as if life just has it in for us and we can never catch a break. In reality, there will always be moments we have little to no control over but, what we can always control is how we react to those moments. With our guidance, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. We can help you clarify your values and stay committed to making any change or achieve any goal you desire.


All human beings are wired for connection to others. Our lives consist of relationships- personal and professional, romantic and familial. Relationships are complex, and we need well developed skills in order to maintain healthy relationships in all areas of our lives. We work with you to develop skills in communication, boundary setting, empathy, and accountability so that you can have fulfilling connected relationships. 

We are also members of the Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan and are trained in working with families through separation and divorce.


We use trauma informed modalities- whether it is addiction, trauma, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, grief & loss or other challenges, we believe the human spirit is resilient. We can work with you towards acceptance, healing, and recovery from life's challenges and adversities. We can offer you a sensitive, safe, supportive environment to share your stories and struggles. We will work with you, at your pace, to formulate a healing plan that meets your individual needs and situation.


We have training in areas of Residential School and intergenerational trauma, as well as culturally sensitive approaches to wellness. We have worked in Northern First Nations communities to offer support to individuals, schools, and community leaders. We strive to support the efforts of reconciliation and choose a client led approach always to working with individuals of any culture or background.


We have a child and youth specialist on staff. She has well rounded experience and uses modalities specific to working with children, ages approximately 7 years and up, to help address many issues, some of which include anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, emotional awareness and regulation, as well as other areas.


Erin and Tiffany are both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapists. EMDR is commonly associated with treatment of trauma, however this therapy is useful in many areas of emotional struggle. EMDR usually requires a commitment of a minimum of 4 sessions, but this depends on the issue being tackled.
