Erin McLeod
BSc, BSW, MSW, RSW
Erin has been in private practice since the beginning of her career, working with mentors and supervisors until co-founding Turquoise Tree in 2015. She holds her Master of Social Work degree and considers herself a Generalist Practioner with knowledge and training in all areas of mental health. She is an EMDR trained therapist as well. Erin also works as a sessional lecturer for the faculty of Social Work and as a research assistant to Dr. Bonnie Jeffery at the University of Regina.
Tiffany Olson
BSW, RSW
Tiffany has been working as a mental health therapist for many years. She spent the first decade of her career working with the Saskatchewan Health Authority in a rural community setting before co-founding Turquoise Tree in 2015. Tiffany considers herself a Generalist Practitioner with knowledge and training in all areas of mental health. She is an EMDR trained therapist as well. Tiffany values continued education as a way to stay current with research and appraised of best practices in the field of mental health counselling.
Kennedy Elsaesser
BA, BSW, RSW
Kennedy has well rounded experience working in mental health in the fields of criminal justice, addictions, and mental health outpatients. In particular, she connects well with children, youth, and young adults.
Kennedy is also a Generalist Practitioner and has a structured approach to therapy that is both culturally sensitive and creative. Kennedy enjoys continued education and values learning from colleagues in the field as well as formal training. Kennedy also has plans to continue her academic education making her a very motivated and competent mental health professional.
